Browse our products, add items to your cart, and click "Checkout". You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases. Follow the prompts to enter shipping and payment information.

Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placement if they haven't been processed yet. Contact our support team immediately at support@lab404electronics.com. After processing begins, changes cannot be made, but you can use our return policy.
Yes! For orders of 100+ units of the same item, please contact us at sales@lab404electronics.com for volume pricing. We also offer educational discounts for schools and universities.
Shipping
Shipping costs vary by weight, destination, and speed. Standard shipping (5-7 business days) is FREE on orders over $50. Express shipping (2-3 days) is $9.99, and Next Day is $24.99. Exact costs are calculated at checkout.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing Order History, or use our Track Order tool on the Order Tracking page.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products in new, unopened condition with original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for complete details.
Log into your account, go to Order History, select the order, and click "Request Return". You'll receive an RMA number and return instructions. Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked. We'll process your refund once received.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
We're sorry! If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund including return shipping. This is covered under our Dead on Arrival (DOA) policy.

Absolutely. We source all products directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. Every product is guaranteed authentic and comes with any applicable manufacturer warranty. We never sell counterfeit or gray-market items.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits like order tracking, saved addresses, wishlist, faster checkout, and access to order history. It's free and takes less than a minute.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a verification code. Enter the code and create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Yes! In your account settings, go to "Addresses" where you can add, edit, and delete multiple shipping addresses. You can select which address to use at checkout, making it easy to send gifts or ship to different locations.
Log into your account and click "Profile" or "Account Settings". You can update your name, email, phone number, password, and communication preferences. Changes are saved automatically. For security, password changes require your current password.
